What it actually looks like
Volunteer tasks, in plain English
- Canvass. 2-3 hour Saturday block, walking a defined turf with a clipboard and a friendly script.
- Phone bank. 90 minutes from your couch, using a campaign-provided dialer.
- House party. Invite 10 to 25 people to your living room. The campaign sends materials and someone to speak.
- Events. Setup, table-staffing, breakdown. The unsung work that makes everything else possible.
- Share. Repost one piece a week from Sean's social. That alone moves the persuadable middle.
- Translate. Volunteer literacy in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is gold in California.
